Exceptional Opportunities,
Unexpected Places

Connecting discerning allocators with alternative investment managers.
It’s all about knowing where to look.

The global investment landscape is massive.

Untapped talent, investments, and allocators can be tucked away, oftentimes in the most obscure places. Our goal is to uncover potential partners and make highly curated introductions that don’t waste anyone’s time.

So, Why “Pheasant?”

While living in one of downtown Detroit’s historic districts,  pheasants would nest less than 100 yards from our house and were frequently in our backyard.  You can imagine our surprise the first time we heard and saw one of these magnificent birds in the midst of an urban setting. Pheasants are a non-native bird to the city, but have thrived due to the large swaths of fallow land. They largely go unnoticed, but are beautiful creatures when you can get a glimpse of them.

Pheasant Capital Partners seeks to find value and beauty in unlikely places.  Our goal is to pair thoughtful capital allocators with off-the-beaten-path funds that want to raise incremental capital and focus on returns.
